Tatyana built Skulptd around a belief she has carried her whole career: women deserve a place where they feel truly taken care of. To her, Skulptd was never meant to be just another skin clinic. It is a destination for real, visible change.

Her perspective has been shaped by years in aesthetics, extensive travel through Europe, and visits to some of the most respected spas in the United States. Wherever she goes, she is studying what actually works in skincare, body sculpting, and rejuvenation, then bringing the best of it home to Merrick.

Julia is a New York State licensed esthetician with deep experience in advanced laser technology and skin rejuvenation. She works with laxity, hyperpigmentation, acne scarring, and uneven texture, building an individualized plan for each client aimed at natural, lasting results. Her services include customized facials, laser hair removal, HydraFacial, microneedling, skin lifting and tightening, resurfacing, and body contouring.

Master Esthetician

Ev takes a holistic approach to skin, pairing her esthetic work with Reiki energy healing. She specializes in customized facials and T-Shape body treatments, and her sessions tend to leave clients feeling as restored as their skin looks.

Licensed Esthetician

Michelle starts every appointment by listening. Once she understands what you want from your skin, she shapes the treatment around it with a focus on natural-looking results. Her warmth and eye for detail make each visit feel easy, comfortable, and a little indulgent.

Tatyana is the Director of Skin & Aesthetic Services at Skulptd. She brings a lifelong passion for empowering women to everything she does. To Tatyana, Skulptd is more than just a skin clinic. It’s a destination for transformation.

With years of experience and a deep appreciation for aesthetics, Tatyana has traveled extensively throughout Europe and visited some of the most elite spas in the United States, always seeking out the latest advancements in skincare, body sculpting, and rejuvenation therapies.

Jean-Carlos Jimenez, MD

Medical Director

Jean-Carlos Jimenez, MD, is a dedicated physician with more than 10 years of experience providing thoughtful, patient-centered care. Originally from Staten Island, New York, Dr. Jimenez completed his residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Florida, followed by additional training at Saint Joseph’s Medical Center, a New York Medical College affiliate in Yonkers, New York.

Board certified in Family Medicine, Dr. Jimenez currently serves as Section Chief in Hospital Medicine at Sharon Hospital. Throughout his career, he has remained focused on quality of care, taking the time to treat each patient as an individual with unique needs, goals, and concerns.

Dr. Jimenez brings a well-rounded approach to health management, combining his medical experience with an interest in aesthetics and holistic care. His goal is to help patients feel cared for, supported, and confident through every step of their health and wellness journey.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Jimenez enjoys spending quality time with his loved ones and cherishing meaningful family moments. He also has a passion for cooking and enjoys recreating memorable dishes, using culinary exploration as a creative outlet and way to unwind.

With his commitment to patient well-being, dedication to family, and personal approach to care, Dr. Jimenez continues to make a positive impact in medicine and in the lives of those he serves.

I recently visited SKulptd for a BioRe peel. Had a wonderful experience, the office is stunning and clean. They also have some innovative lasers, like the Fotona. Will definitely be back for the laser procedure.
