Skulptd Cancellation Policy

At Skulptd and Fit Feet Podiatry, we value your time and are committed to providing exceptional service and care. To ensure appointment availability for all clients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy.

Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Skulptd Appointments

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will not incur a fee.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price.

• No-shows will be subject to the same 50% cancellation fee.

Fit Feet Podiatry Appointments

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will not incur a fee.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

• No-shows will be subject to the same $50 fee.

One-Time Courtesy Waiver

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. As a courtesy, each client is granted a one-time waiver of the cancellation fee.

After this courtesy waiver has been used, any additional late cancellations or missed appointments will be subject to the applicable cancellation fee.

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Providing adequate notice allows us to offer available appointments to other clients and patients.
