Skulptd Cancellation Policy

At Skulptd, we value your time and appreciate your commitment to your appointments. To ensure we can accommodate all our clients and provide the best possible service, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy.

Appointment Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or changes.

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance: No cancellation fee will be charged.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment: A cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price will apply.
• No-shows: Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointments without prior notice will be subject to the applicable cancellation fee.

One-Time Courtesy Waiver

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. As a courtesy, each client is entitled to a one-time waiver of the cancellation fee.

After this courtesy waiver has been used, any additional late cancellations or missed appointments will be subject to our standard cancellation fees.

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Providing adequate notice allows us to offer available appointments to other clients.
